Returns

The procedures for returns of in-store purchases vs. online purchases are slightly different. Please follow the return procedures that apply to how you placed your order.

Online Purchases

We gladly accept product returns for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 21 days for most items in unworn and in original condition. You can process items for return in person at our retail location or by sending it back via mail or courier.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for exchange or refund:

  • Final sale markdown merchandise (with prices ending in .67)
  • Custom made or special order items
  • Gift items and Holiday seasonal items
  • Hair accessories
  • Jewelry and Make-up
  • Opened packages of tights
  • Undergarments and other personal items

How to Return an Item For Refund

Option 1. Return to Our Retail Location

To process your return in-store, simply bring a copy of the order and items that you wish to return to our retail location. Note that the refund to your credit card will take a few business days to process. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Option 2. Return By Mail

Package the items to return along with a copy of the order and ship to:

It is recommended that you ship products back using a method that is trackable. Shipping or customs COD packages will not be accepted. Inspirations is not responsible to refund for items until they are accepted for delivery at our location.

Once your item arrives your credit card will be refunded. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Exchange

To do an exchange simply follow the above steps to return the original item and place a secondary order for the new item you would like. If you require any assistance with processing your return please don't hesitate to contact us.

Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and type of product. If you believe the product you have purchased through Inspirations Dancewear has a manufacturer’s defect, contact us immediately. Inspirations is committed to ensuring products function the way they are supposed to. We will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. It is important you contact us without delay as manufacturer warranties have limitations on the amount of time passed.

In-Store Purchases

We gladly accept returns for exchange, store credit or refund within 21 days of purchase for most items when accompanied by a store receipt, proof of payment, and item is unworn and in original condition.

If you paid by cash or gift card

You’ll need your itemized store receipt to receive a full refund.

If you paid by credit or debit card

You’ll need three items to receive a full refund:

  1. Your itemized store receipt;
  2. Your payment receipt;
  3. The card the payment was made on.

Store Credit

Missing the payment receipt and/or card will result in a store credit being issued for the full amount. If the store receipt is missing, an in-store credit at the last sale or promotional price can be offered.

Tights

Regular stocked tights can be exchanged when in UNOPENED and un-torn packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Tights without a proof of purchase, or that were not purchased within the last 21 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Final Sale Items
