Dance often involves form-fitting bodywear so that teachers and judges can ensure that technique is being practiced with good alignment. Dance Undergarments
Typically, dancers are encouraged to wear seamless undergarments during performances so that there aren’t any distracting lines under their costume while dancing. It’s also recommended to wear something that closely matches the colour of your skin to avoid random shades of undergarments showing through the costume.
