In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Inspirations gladly accepts returns of most merchandise purchased in the store for exchange or in-store credit when accompanied by a receipt.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (no refunds or exchanges)
For hygienic reasons the following items are not returnable:
- tights
- bodystockings
- intimate apparel
- jewellery
Custom-made, special order, sales or clearance items are also final sale
Merchandise must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags and boxes included. Returns without a receipt will be issued an in-store credit for the last sale price.
Shopping Online Return Policy
Most merchandise purchased through the website may be returned for full refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags and boxes included.

Any items returned that are not in the same condition as when originally shipped will be sent back to the customer with an additional freight and handling charge.
Returns must be sent by regular post and arrive postage and customs paid. Shipping or Customs COD returns will not be accepted.
Returns that arrived with damaged boxes will be charged a $5.00 fee.
Shipping and handling is not refundable.
